Luis & Victor (reception staff) really do make your stay great. They’re on hand to provide information about the city and no matter what you’re looking for they’ll show you where to find it. Location is great for looking around the city

The girl at the front desk was a lifesaver! She helped me get a bus ticket to Madrid. She spoke really great English and went above and beyond! I was so grateful for her help

Brilliant location. All local attractions, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room.

My room overlooked the city, the bed was nice and big and so comfortable! The bath was the reason I booked after many days on the Camino de Santiago. The staff were super friendly and the location was amazing. Close to the shops and Burgos Cathedral. The bakery across the road also does a great cappuccino!

Great attention to detail, well located for tge centre and easy access from the motorway. Co.fortable sofa bed and clean all round.

Staff members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is a nice hotel, very comfortable providing a good location. I would return here no problem.

The location is perfect, close to the old town, museums, terraces, the river, great parking on the municipal library street. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and very confortable. The breakfast buffet displayed a large variety of delicious looking food. The staff is friendly, communicative and helpful.
